At Redlands Aikikai, our mission is to enhance the physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being of the community by providing instruction of the highest quality in the martial and meditative arts. We welcome all who can safely practice: regardless of your age or physical condition, we have an offering for you.
Our primary goal is to provide an environment where our practitioners develop high levels of skill, compassion, character and health and to maintain these throughout their lives. To this end we offer authentic traditional training in the refinement of the human spirit.
Redlands Aikikai is a privately owned school, in operation continuously since 1994. Our instructors are dedicated to the very best instruction, offering personal attention to each student. We currently offer Aikido, Kendo, Systema, Tai Chi and Zazen Meditation.
