In our 10 total hours of training, elements of conditioning and self-defense from the Russian martial art of Systema will be included. Please bring a wooden training knife.
Cost: One session (21/2 hours' training): $40, Two sessions (5 hours' training): $80, Three sessions (71/2 hours' training): $95; Full seminar (10 hours' training): $110

Whited Sensei has been a student of Saotome Sensei, the founder of ASU, for over 33 years. She is one of the very few senior women teaching Aikido and is noted for her excellent teaching ability, suited to all levels of student.
